Very good post! I really like it when companies post pictures or videos of the products that they offer, it really helps you to get a better feel for the product before you buy or consider buying the product. It is also nice when the companies send you a more "personable" email. I get emails from some online retailers with deals or promotions they have have going on. Sometimes they will also send me emails with products that they believe that I would be interested in based on previous purchases, and sometimes even based off of other products that I may have only viewed on their Website.
